Crushed, smashed, hurt, bad thoughts, we have all had them.

Hurt to the core by just a passing comment, thrown so effortlessly, yet atomic destruction in receipt.

Equally laughter, smiles, a hug, folk letting me dump my rubbish, lending an ear.

When all said and done, Life, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Let it not slip through your fingers.
